The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at heart.co.uk/rules) apply to kingswood leisure centres radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on the 16th and 22nd July 2011 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart 96.3 bristol

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1)    Details of the Competition
1.1    To enter the Competition an Entrant must
a)    Fill in an entry form with the heart angels at either Kings Chase Shopping Centre 16th July between 10am and 1pm or  22nd July the podium at Kingswood Park between 3.30pm and 5.30pm

2)    Eligibility
2.1    Entrants must be 18 or over.
2.2    Employees and relations of Circadian Trust cannot enter

3)    Prize
4)    The prize is a family Active membership at Kingswood Leisure Centre. 2 adult total memberships plus up to 3 kids. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash value and can not be exchanged. No correspondence will be entered into. Prize subject to availability.

Any terms and conditions attached to the prize by Global Radio reserves the right to substitute prize.
