Cambridge: Addenbrooke's Parking Charges

The cost of parking at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge is to rise.

From tomorrow (Wednesday) charges will be increasing by 50 pence.

It will mean the cost of parking at the hospital site for up to four hours will increase to £7.

However the cost of discounted patient tickets will remain the same.

The hospital says that 'charging people to park means they can provide high-quality, secure parking without taking a penny from clinical care.'

New tariff:

Weekly concession ticket for visitors to see long-stay inpatients will cost £18.00 

Fortnightly concession ticket for visitors to see long-stay inpatients will cost £30.00

For Visitors Mon-Sun (7am to 7pm) 

Up to 1 hour: £2.60 

Up to 2 hours: £3.80 

Up to 4 hours: £7.00 

Up to 6 hours: £10.30 

Up to 8 hours: £13.50 

Over 8 hours: £17.00 

Evenings (7pm to 7am): £3.50 for any length of stay.
