Cambridge: Man Killed In Fire

A man has been killed in a fire in a house near Cambridge.

Three fire crews and a rescue vehicle were called to Malvern Road in Cherry Hinton at 1:40am this morning (Tuesday 8 November).

They discovered a fire in the living room of a house.

A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that a man, who has not yet been named, died in the fire.

An investigation into the cause of the fire has now started.
