A 22 year old man arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a pensioner in Chittering, near Cambridge has been bailed.
The body of 76 year old Llewelyn Thomas [pictured - right] was discovered at his home by police on the afternoon of Sunday the 18th December.
A post-mortem revealed he died from injuries to his face and head.
On Tuesday 27th of December a 22 year old man was arrested in Cambridge in connection with the death of Mr Thomas.
A 21 year old woman was arrested at the same time, on suspicion of assisting an offender both have since been bailed.
Mr Thomas, a retired farmer from South Wales, had one adult son.
