Ely: Woman Dies in Crash

Police have confirmed a woman has died after a crash on Ely Road in Little Downham

The crash between two cars, happened at 11.55am today.

The driver of one of the vehicles, a Volkswagen Polo, was cut from the car and was taken to hospital, but died.

A young girl, in the same car, suffered minor injuries.

In the other vehicle,  a Citroen Picasso, a woman and two children also suffered minor injuries.
