Newmarket: Man Arrested After Armed Robbery

A man's been arrested in relation to an armed robbery at a petrol station on the A14 near Newmarket.
The man from the Newmarket area was arrested earlier on suspicion of robbery and is currently at the Bury St Edmunds Police station.
Officers were called to the A14 westbound carriageway at Rowley Mile at 12.35am on Friday the 15th February, after two men entered the petrol station. One threatened the cashier with what appeared to be a gun and the other sprayed a customer with an unknown liquid.
Nobody was injured.
