Cambridgeshire's Chief Constable has appeared in a second YouTube video.
It's the second of four video messages that Simon Parr has recorded to talk to residents about planned changes to Cambridgeshire Police.
Earlier this week he spoke about budget cuts, and the latest offering is about working with neighbouring forces to save money.
Mr Parr said: "Firstly, I'd like to thank everyone who watched my first film on the budget.
The second film gives me an opportunity to explain our working relationship with Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
I want to deliver a balanced budget to get what the public needs from policing."
The final two videos, due to be released next week, will focus on performance and the role of the public.
