Do You Know This Man In Truro?

Officers are appealing for the public's help to identify this man, following an incident at Truro railway station.

Officers have released the CCTV images in the hope that someone will be able to help them identify and trace this man, who it's believed will have information, which can assist the investigation.

PC Bob Edwards, of BTP, said the incident took place at around midday on Sunday, 24th March 2013.

“A male passenger, who had missed his train to Falmouth, began to subject a member of rail staff to abuse,” PC Edwards said.

“Aggression or abuse towards members of staff who are carrying out their duties is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated by BTP.''

“Enquiries are ongoing to trace the man responsible and, today, I am able to release CCTV images of a man I believe will have information which can assist police.''

“If you know the man’s identity, or his current whereabouts, please contact British Transport Police straight away.”

The man officers would like to speak to is described as white, about 6ft, around 25-years-old, and walked with a slight limp.
