Suspect Wanted For Nightclub Assault

Police in Truro have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an assault at a town nightclub.

 

The incident happened in L2 nightclub when a man was punched in the face by another man in an unprovoked attack on the dance floor. The 20-year-old victim from Redruth suffered a broken jaw.

 

Police are now appealing to anyone with information about the assault or anyone who may recognise the photograph to contact them.

 

The suspect is described as about 6ft tall, of medium to broad build with short dark receding hair and side burns. He was wearing a shirt which was mainly white with a large checked pattern.

 

Anyone who witnessed the assault or recognises the man is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111, quoting crime reference GT/12/1406.
