Tropical Sky has moved to new offices in East Grinstead this month as it hopes to expand further in the future.
The long haul tour operator has increased its team from five to more than 90 in eight years.
The town's Mayor, Councillor Margaret Belsey, officially opened the new offices in Garland Road on Monday, alongside Nicholas Soames, MP for Mid Sussex.
Tropical Sky has spent £250,000 on office renovation to create a "fun and creative working environment".
Managing director, Mike Collins says "When we decided that it was time to increase the size of our offices, we looked at several alternative sites but concluded that our preferred option was very clearly to remain in East Grinstead, where we are very much committed to becoming one of the town's leading employers and creating one of the town's best working environments."
The holiday firm offers long haul trips around the world including the Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Africa, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
