Bournemouth Club Loses License
A Bournemouth nightclub has now had its license revoked after a stabbing last month.
It means V in Exete Road won't reopen.
A licensing hearing heard the club was a 'complicated venue' with a 'difficult clientele' and badly managed.
It has been closed since a man was stabbed in the face there last month.
Councillor Andrew Morgan, Chair of the Licensing Board, said: "The Licensing Board meeting decided to revoke the licence for ‘V’ club. We concluded that a combination of a difficult clientele, a complicated venue and poor management makes it difficult to uphold the licensing objectives. This means that the club is not allowed to open.”
