Bournemouth: Boy Seriously Injured After Being Hit By Car

A 13-year-old boy's suffered what police are calling 'potentially life-changing injuries' after being hit by a car in Bournemouth.
It happened near his school on Boundary Road in Winton this morning (Thursday 6 November), as he was on his way in. The boy's been taken to Poole Hospital.
Police and an ambulance were called out at 8.03am, to Boundary Road near the junction with Gorsecliff Road.
Dorset Police say the car involved was a beige Fiat 500 registered to a Bournemouth woman. No-one has been arrested.
The road closed was closed for more than an hour until just before 9.20am
Witnesses are asked to call police on 101, quoting incident number 6:47.
