Detectives have revealed the man they believe murdered a Bournemouth car wash owner died on a car crash in Wiltshire.
The body of Ibrahim Youseuf, 42, was found on Gloucester Road, in the Boscombe area of Bournemouth at 12.34pm on Friday. He was the owner of the Five Star Car Wash on Gloucester Road.
Officers from Dorset Police, who made the discovery, had been asked to attend the address by Wiltshire Police.
The force were investigating a fatal road traffic collision near Trowbridge in Wiltshire at 6.15am that day.
A man suffered fatal injuries when his car was in a head on collision with a lorry near a junction.
Police now say the man who died in the crash had been driving Mr Youseuf's stolen car, and was their prime suspect for his murder.
They've also revealed that they believe the murder was money-related, and they are now trying to find out exactly what happened.
Detective Inspector Marcus Hester, of the Dorset Police Major Crime Team, said:
"I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed or heard an argument between 8pm and 8.30pm on October 10 in the area of 5 Gloucester Road in Boscombe or anyone with any information about who is responsible to contact Dorset Police as soon as possible.
"I would like to reassure the community that this appears to be an isolated incident and that both the deceased were known to each other.
"All calls will be treated in the strictest of confidence.''
Floral tributes have been left outside the car wash in Gloucester Road for Mr Youseuf.
