Bournemouth Teenager Robbed On Doortstep

Detectives in Bournemouth are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after a woman was robbed on her doorstep in the Charminster area of the town.
The incident happened at around 3am on Wednesday 30 October 2013 outside a house on Fortescue Road.
The victim, a 19-year-old Bournemouth woman, had just arrived at her front door when her handbag was pulled off her shoulder by an unknown man, who then ran off in the direction of Heron Court Road.
She suffered a graze to one of her arms during the incident. Detective Sergeant Dave Colomb, of Bournemouth CID, said:
"I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has information about the person responsible to get in contact at the earliest opportunity.
"This was a distressing ordeal for the victim who is fortunate not to have been seriously hurt.
"I am keen to hear from anyone who may have seen a man acting suspiciously in the area of Fortescue Road prior to this robbery taking place.
"I urge anyone with information to contact Dorset Police on 101 in confidence."
The offender is described as:
- A man wearing a blue top, jeans and trainers.
No arrests have been made.
