Bournemouth: Man Bailed After Woman Found Stabbed

Police investigating a stabbing in Bournemouth have bailed a 33-year-old man they arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

Officers were called to Walpole Road in Boscombe at 4.14pm on Monday September 8 where they found a woman in her 30s with life-threatening injuries.

She was flown to Southampton General Hospital by air ambulance.

The man has been bailed until the end of October.

Police have been investigating exactly where the stabbing took place and are asking any witnesses to contact them on 101.
