A woman and her pet dog have been injured after being hit by two separate cars near Blandford.
It happened around 1825hrs outside the Charlton Inn on the A350 at Charlton Marshall on Tuesday 15th October 2013.
The terrier was struck first and the owner was injured after going to help her pet.
Police say it's possible that both drivers were not aware they'd been involved in an accident, as neither car stopped.
Police are appealing for witnesses and are asking anyone with information to call 101.
