Man Arrested Over Stabbing At Holiday Park Near Ringwood

Detectives investigating a serious assault in St Leonards near Ringwood have arrested a 22-year-old suspect.

A 24-year-old woman from Wales was attacked at Oakdene Forest Park on the evening of Wednesday 21 May 2014.

The victim sustained a non-life-threatening stab wound to her body and was taken to Poole Hospital.
 
Police had been looking for 22-year-old Charlie Casey, who's accused of absconding from HMP Sudbury in Derbyshire at the end of April.

He was arrested in Wexham, Berkshire, on Wednesday and returned to custody.
