Entrepreneur Mum Speaks To Heart

A mum from Bournemouth who left school at 16 with no qualifications has been telling Heart she's now a successful businesswoman after inventing a portable children's toilet.

Amanda Jenner invented My Carry Potty when her young son was caught short in Bournemouth and she had to empty his potty down a drain; a man shouted at her so loudly she decided to invent something that she could take everywhere to help
both her and her son!

In the last month she has gone global with her design and seen orders flock in for her £700 potty; a fun gift for a friend which she pasted on Facebook and cannot believe has been so popular! It's launched in stores in the UK including John Lewis - and more than 27 countries around the world.

She's also launched a children's book to help parents potty train their toddlers which includes a reward chart.

Amanda is about to star in a TV documentary about being an entrepreneur following a difficult childhood which saw her leave school at 16 with no qualifications.
