Female Dog-Walker Approached By Flasher

Police in Poole are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after a man indecently exposed himself in the Hamworthy area of the town.

The incident happened in the grass area on Dawkins Road, on the approach to Dawkins Road Industrial Estate, at approximately 10.30pm on Friday, 21 October 2011.

A woman was walking her dog through the grassed area when a man walked out and exposed himself to her. The man and
the victim exchanged a few words before he ran off down an alleyway towards Hamworthy train station.

PC Luke Davis, of Poole Police, said:

"This was a distressing incident for the victim, and I need to speak to this man urgently.

"The man is white, aged in his thirties and was wearing a light blue, long sleeved shirt and dark blue jeans. He has light brown hair, flicked to the side and is described as clean shaven with a long, skinny face.

"The victim has been able to provide a good, detailed description of the man and I urge anyone who recognises this description to contact me."
