Kite Surfer Hurt In Poole

A kite surfer has been taken to hospital after being blown from the water and onto a road in Poole.

We're told the man had been surfing in Poole Harbour on Sunday when he was dragged across Shore Road by his kite.

The RNLI say lifeguards went to help and gave first aid at Sandbanks.

It's the second similar incident to happen in less than a month at the beach there.
