Lucky Escape For Weymouth Driver

A driver suffered only minor injuries after his car ended up down a steep embankment on Monday evening.

Emergency services were called to the A353 Whitehorse Hill shortly before 6pm.

The road was closed for a while after a blue Peugeot - being driven by a 20-year-old man from Weymouth - came off the road.

Police are investigating and ask anyone who saw what happened to get in touch.
