Man Flown To Hospital After Crash

A man has been flown to hospital after suffering serious injuries after a crash near Wimborne.

AN EAST Dorset road has reopened after a horror car crash this evening.

Dorset firefighters, police and ambulance crews were called just after 5pm on Thursday after two cars collided head-on in Gussage St Michael.

Parsonage Hill was closed for around four hours.

Police tell us the driver of a red Peugeot 307 was taken by air ambulance to Southampton General Hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the second vehicle - a silver BMW 5 series - suffered minor injuries.
