Man's Arm Dislocated In Fight

Detectives in Weymouth are investigating a fight between two men in the Littlemore area of the town – one man's been arrested.

It happened in the car park of the Co-op store along the Littlemoor Road at around 8.25pm on the Thursday 3rd May 2012.

A 68-year-old Portland man sustained a dislocated right arm and was taken to hospital by ambulance..

Detective Constable Steve Brown of Weymouth CID, said:

"I understand that this argument took place in front of a number of members of the public and it may be that someone, perhaps several people, will be able to help me with my investigation.

"We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen what happened leading up to and during the incident.

"Please call 101 in complete confidence if you think you have any information."

A 26-year-old Weymouth man has been arrested and released on bail while enquiries continue.
