Police think the same man is behind three sexual incidents on buses in Bournemouth and Poole.

The first happened on Saturday, 13 March 2010. A woman with her five-year-old daughter was travelling on a Wilts & Dorset M1 towards Poole when she confronted a man who was indecently touching himself. The man hurriedly left the bus near Poole Hospital in Longfleet Road.

Exactly two weeks later, a 29-year-old Bournemouth woman was travelling from Boscombe to Poole on a C1 yellow bus when a man sitting behind her touched her left breast. He left the bus near the George roundabout in Poole.

And later that day on Saturday, 27 March, a 16-year-old Bournemouth girl was travelling from Poole towards Bournemouth on a C1 yellow bus when a man sitting behind her touched her around the waist. He moved seats after the teenager looked at him and left the bus at the Lansdowne in Bournemouth.

Detective Sergeant Ian Fletcher said: "I am releasing a picture of a man that I need to speak with as I believe that he may have information that is vital to my investigation.

"I’d like to hear from anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV picture so that I can identify him and speak with him.

"I also believe that all three upsetting incidents were carried out by one man and I am appealing for help from the public to find him."

The man police are looking for is aged in his late forties to early fifties, five feet nine or ten inches tall and of medium build with a tanned complexion. He was wearing a dark coloured hooded-style duffle jacket.
