A man's been arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill and false imprisonment during a stand-off with police in Luton.
Police officers and negotiators were called to Elgar Path in High Town at 5.35am on Sunday 30 June 2013.
Heart understands a man had locked himself inside a building, but later gave himself up to police.
Bedfordshire Police have told Heart a man in his early twenties was later arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill, false imprisonment, assault and burglary.
