Car Crashes Into Jewellers

A car has crashed into a jewellers in St Albans in a incident that police are treating as suspicious.

Officers were called to Christopher Wharton jewellers on George Street at 5.42am to reports of a car crash.

When they arrived at the scene the driver had left.

Its not thought that any jewellery had been taken.
