Police have issued photos of necklaces and earrings that that have been stolen following burglaries in Harpenden.
One or more offenders have gained access to two flats in The Cedars between 8am and 11pm on Wednesday March 2. A number of items were taken from both addresses, including jewellery and electrical equipment.
One or more offenders have gained access to two houses on Oakfield Road between 4.45pm and 10.30pm on Thursday March 4. A number of items were taken from both houses, including jewellery and a Spanish horse ornament.
Photos of stolen items include the following necklaces and earrings: a crystal necklace and matching earrings, mesh design earrings with yellow, white and rose gold, an 18 carat white gold and diamond necklace with crucifix and Dior blue butterfly dangled earrings.
Also, the following bracelets, watches and rings: a gold bracelet, a white gold ring with blue sapphires and diamonds, a Patek Felippe 18 carat gold and diamond watch, and a crystal-topped ring with small diamonds on a band under crystal.
PC Scott Curran, investigating said: “We believe these burglaries are linked and I would encourage anyone recognises these items or thinks they have seen someone trying to sell them to come forward.
"I am also appealing for anyone who saw any suspicious activity around these buildings before or during the time the
burglaries took place, or who has any other information in relation to the crimes, to contact me.”
