Cyclist Death 'Murder'

Police investigating the death of a 19 year old cyclist in a hit and run crash in Luton say they're now treating it as murder.

The biker, named by police as Delaney Brown, from Luton, was hit by a car in Vincent Road at 4.15pm on Wednesday 6 September 2012.  He died at the scene.

The Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Police Major Crime Unit are looking into the death.

Detective Inspector John Arthur is keen to speak to anyone with information.

He said: "It is clear that there are people who have either witnessed this incident or have knowledge of this incident.  We need their assistance and appeal for them to come forward with any information."
