A man who was wanted in connection with the murder of Thomas Ward in Stevenage was arrested last night (February 6) in Denmark.
A 33 year-old whose last known address was Clarkson Court in Hatfield, was arrested on a European Arrest Warrant near Copenhagen on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder following inquiries by the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit and the National Crime Agency.
21 year-old Thomas Ward was shot as he came out of his caravan in Dyes Lane on April 23, 2013.
His wife and five day old child were inside at the time.
Thomas (pictured) then ran from the caravan before being found by his family unconscious in undergrowth nearby.
He later died in hospital.
