A 7 year-old from Luton, has been called 'Britain's bravest boy'...

King Elyon has already made medical history - by becoming Britain's youngest ever patient, to have a pacemaker fitted - when he was less than 2 days old.

He suffers from Congenital Heart Block - which means his heart doesn't work properly.

The pupil, at Ferrars Infants in Luton, has now had six transplants, but doctors say replacing the current one, won't be enough, so it has to be a heart transplant - from anywhere in the world.
