Man Attacked In Fast Food Take Away

Detectives in Luton are appealing for information after a 19 year old man was assaulted in the Tasty Chicken Take Away, Manchester Street after a night out on Sunday 20 March.
The victim was collecting food from the counter at approximately 2.30am when he was punched in the face by two men.
He was taken to the Luton and Dunstable Hospital where he was treated for a broken jaw and contacted the police a few days later.
The first offender is described as an Asian man, approximately 25 years old, wearing a light t-shirt, possibly yellow, black jeans and black training shoes.
The second offender is described as an Asian man, approximately 21 years old, with a skinny build and wearing a dark top.
Detective Constable Colin Knight, investigating, believes there were a number of people in the shop who could help with the investigation and is urging them to come forward.
DC Knight said: “We believe the victim is an innocent bystander who has become injured as another altercation was in progress in the take away. I would urge anyone who was inside the shop at the time of this incident and can help identify who was responsible for this assault to come forward and speak to the police.”
