Man Stabbed On Brunel Road In Luton

A man is being in treated for several puncher wounds after he was stabbed in Luton this morning.

It happened in Brunel Road just before 1.30am on Monday 6th January.

It's believed the victim, who was in his 40's, was involved in an altercation with another man in the street.

Police have arrested a 16 year old boy who was close to the scene.

DS Eaton said: 

"The victim is receiving medical treatment at this time and we believe the injuries are not thought to be life threatening. 

"Although this incident happened during the early hours of the morning it is possible that local residents or motorists passing through the area may have seen the assault. I would urge these people to contact the police to help piece together exactly what happened."
