Indecent Exposure In Norwich

A man has exposed himself to a woman on Defiant Road in Norwich.

It happened on Monday, at 11.10am when a man walking a dog spoke to a woman and when she turned to look back, he exposed himself to her.

The man is described at white and between 28 and 30 years old. He's thought to have been walking a cocker-spaniel.
