Man Dies In Car Crash In Hoxne

A man has died after his car crashed into a tree in Hoxne near Diss.

It happened on Eye Road just before midnight last night, a silver Ford Ranger car left the road and hit a tree. 

The driver, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The road was closed until 5.30am this morning to allow an investigation to get underway. 

Anyone that saw the crash or the car beforehand is asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team at Suffolk Police on 101 quoting CAD 635 of 21/7/14.
