Detectives in Norwich want help from the public in tracing a man wanted in connection with an attempted murder in the city in April.
Salah Hadi, also known as Salam Hadi Ali, is wanted in connection with an incident which happened on 18 April when a man in his early 30s, was attacked on Riverside Road suffering stab wounds to his face and neck.
Salah Hadi, who is aged in his mid-30s, has links to Ipswich and the West Midlands.
Investigating officer, Detectives Constable Phil Paddon from Norwich CID, said:
"We continue to carry out enquiries in the Kurdish community and with other police forces in order to trace Salah Hadi.
"These have so far been unsuccessful and we're keen to hear from anyone who may have seen him recently or knows of his current whereabouts."
Two men have been charged with offences in relation to the incident; Luqman Ali, 21 and of York Road, Great Yarmouth, is charged with aiding and abetting attempted murder, obstructing a police officer and driving without a licence or insurance.
Kamal Hajizada, 25 and of no fixed abode, faces charges of attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon. Both have been remanded in custody to appear before the courts at a later date.
Salah Hadi should not be approached and anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact Norfolk Police immediately on 101.
