Motorcyclist Suffers Serious Injuries In Scarning

A motorcyclist has suffered serious injuries following a crash on the A47 in Norfolk yesterday (5th June).
It happened at about 12.15pm at Scarning near the Manor Road and Grange Road junctions. A grey Ford Ranger and a silver Yamaha Fazer motorbike were involved.
The road was closed while emergency services dealt with it and the motorcyclist was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious injuries. He remains there in a stable condition.
The road was re-opened at about 2.30pm and police are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed what happened.
Officers would also like to speak to anyone who may have information concerning the driving manner of either vehicle prior to the collision.
