Woman Injured In Ipswich Attempted Robbery

A woman has been injured after an attempted robbery in Ipswich.
The 21 year old was walking along Derby Road near the junction with Felixstowe Road at about 9.50pm on Sunday night.
A man rode past her on a bike and tried to grab a rucksack she was carrying - she managed to keep hold of it and he rode off down Felixstowe Road.
The police say the woman suffered injuries to her shoulder.
The man is described as a white man, approximately 5’10” tall, of a medium build, aged in his twenties to thirties and was wearing dark coloured clothing and a black coloured hat with ear flaps. He was riding a dark coloured mountain bike.
