Brentwood: Have You Seen Wanted Jamie?

Police are looking for a man after a woman was left with serious injuries following an assault in Brentwood.

Jamie Wernham is suspected of attacking the victim in the Sainbury's car park on William Hunter Way at about 11.10pm on Friday (4 April).

The woman was chased along William Hunter Way and into the car park where she tripped and fell to the ground. The attacker then kicked her several times in the head causing a fractured cheekbone and other injuries.

Police have been trying since the weekend to arrest Jamie Wernham but he cannot be found.

He is aged 21 and his last known address was in Southend. He also has contacts in Brentwood and Chelmsford. He is white, 5ft 9in tall and of slim build.
