Brentwood: TOWIE Sisters Keep On Running

The Only Way is Essex's Billie and Sam Faiers have been spotted preparing for Cancer Research UK's Race for Life in a gruelling park training session.

The sisters - whose dieting catchphrase is "no carbs before Marbs"- also toned their bikini bodies ahead of the reality show's annual cast trip to Marbella in the summer.

They will take part in the cancer charity race in Brentwood next month hoping to raise funds to beat the disease.

Billie said: "Why don't you get your girlies together this summer, like us and sign up now for your local Race for Life event, raise some money and show cancer that it's officially going down!''

Sam added: "We're so chuffed to be supporting Cancer Research UK's Race for Life and joining so many other girls from across the country to tell cancer where to go!"
