Canvey: Inquest Into Crash Teens' Deaths

An inquest into the deaths of three teenagers killed when their car collided with a lorry will open today (Wednesday March 27th).

Ashley Jones, 19, from Canvey Island, and 17-year-olds Harry Ferrand and Jack Boyton, both from Enfield, north London, died after the collision on the busy A10 dual carriageway in Hertfordshire last November.

The three young men were travelling in a Vauxhall Corsa on the northbound carriageway when the collision with the Mercedes lorry happened near Turnford.

They were pronounced dead at the scene.

The inquest will take place at Hertfordshire Coroner's Court in Hatfield.
