Clacton: Efit Released Of Robbery Suspect

Police investigating a robbery on a 12-year-old in Clacton have released an efit of a third suspect they're looking for.

The boy was pushed off his bike while riding along Bluehouse Avenue by a number of people who stole his mobile on Tuesday March 19th.

Investigating Officer, Dc Claire Strachan, said: "We have already arrested two people in connection with robbery, but are now looking for a third person who we believe was involved. We think the boy depicted in the efit lives locally so we would urge people to take a good close look at him and contact us with his name."

The boy in the efit is described as white, aged in his mid-late teens, has close-shaved blonde hair and, at the time of the robbery, was wearing a grey hoodie and grey tracksuit bottoms.

Two people who live in the town, a 36-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy, were arrested during the evening of Tuesday, March 19 on suspicion of committing robbery and are currently on police bail until Wednesday, May 22 pending further enquiries.

Anyone with information in connection with this robbery is urged to contact detectives at Clacton police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
