Clacton: Family Homeless Following Fire

A couple and their three children have been made homeless following a fire at their home in Clacton.

Firefighters were called to the property on Schofield Close just after 9;30pm last night (Thursday June 6th) to find the fire in the kitchen.

The Red Cross says it's providing welfare support to the family.

An investigation will now be carried out to find out how the fire started.
