Six weeks after an Essex dad died in a parasailing accident abroad, his family's now starting the legal process to try to prosecute the Turkish company involved.
Glenn Hudson was doing a tandem parasail with his 25 year old daughter Emma, when the harness broke while they were up in the air.
The 50 year old from Wivenhoe near Colchester fell 150ft onto the beach and died on July 24th 2010.
Since hearing about other similar accidents in the country, the family now have a legal team in Turkey working with their team here, to try to prosecute the Turkish company involved.
Glenn wife Linda hopes a successful prosecution will help put pressure on authorities to bring in tougher health and safety rules for companies running tourist activities in the country.
