Essex MP Priti Patel will be questioning the boss of Greater Anglia later, over the service he provides.
Priti Patel, MP for Witham is meeting with new Abellio Greater Anglia Managing Director Jamie Burles in the House of Commons.
Priti, who is a member of the Rail Taskforce championing rail service improvements on the Great Eastern Main Line, has been calling for commuters to send her their questions which she will raise with him.
Priti said, "Commuters pay a lot of money to travel by train and expect a high quality reliable service in return. Many of my constituents have complaints about services and with the current franchise being extended to 2016, this meeting is an opportunity for Greater Anglia to respond to the concerns of passengers ad to improve services."
"I'm receiving daily complaints from commuters about the service. There are issues with delays. Commuters are deeply unhappy with the way Greater Anglia are communicating with commuters, and they are deeply unsatisfied with the service."
