Essex: Sanctuary Celebrates With Celebs
Singer Leona Lewis is amongst the big names helping Hopefield Animal Sanctuary celebrate its 30th birthday.
The sanctuary, based at Sawyers Hall Farm in Brentwood, is holding a carnival themed open day today (Sunday 21st July).
The 'Bleeding Love' singer is being joined by TOWIE stars Sam Faiers and Lauren Pope as well as Essex TV personalities Jeff Brazier and Alex Reid who will be manning stalls.
Visitors will have the chance to see more than 250 animals including horses, reptiles and parrots and enjoy fun and games including bouncy castle and go karts.
Leona, who is a trustee and patron for Hopefield, said, "I'm asking everyone to come down for a really fun family day out.
"It really is a lovely way to start the long summer holidays and it's vital that people continue to support the fantastic work that Hopefield does.
"These abused and neglected animals would have nowhere else to go if this sanctuary wasn’t here."
