Concerns are growing for a 63-year-old man who has dementia after he walked out of his care home in Grays.
He is described as white, with grey hair and wears glasses. He was wearing blue trousers and a red jacket with black lines down the sleeves. He is also likely to be unshaven.
He is able to walk well and also uses buses.
Essex Police are asking the public in the Grays area to be on the look out for a man fitting this description and call police on 101 if they believe they have spotted him.
