Harlow: Sexual Assault In Busy Shopping Centre

A woman has been left shaken after being sexually assaulted in a busy area in Harlow in broad daylight.

It happened outside Phones 4 U in the Harvey Shopping Centre at 2:15pm Thursday 6 March.

There were many shoppers in the centre at the time but police say this man was unashamed of his actions even walking away laughing at the woman.

The 30-year-old woman was left stunned and shaken.

The man spoke with an eastern European accent and had been walking with a friend through the shopping centre.
