A man has been arrested in Grays by police investigating a murder in Dagenham.
Officers were called to Selinas Road at around 5.35am yesterday (Sunday 18 May) to reports that a man had been stabbed.
The victim, who is believed to have been 24, was taken to an east London hospital and pronounced dead at around 7.15am.
His next of kin have been informed.
A 38-year-old man was later arrested in connection with the investigation at a property in London and has been released on bail.
A 31-year-old was arrested in Grays in connection with the inquiry and he is currently in custody at an east London police station.
