Man Stabbed On Epping High Street

A man's been stabbed in the chest on Epping High Street.
Epping High Street has been closed while police investigate the stabbing of a man.
Officers had attended at the location shortly before 4.25am today following reports that a man had been found collapsed.
Ambulance paramedics were called and he was taken Royal London Hospital for treatment.
It has been established that the man, who is believed to be in his early 30s, suffered a stab wound to his chest and he is currently undergoing surgery.
Police have cordoned off an area of the High Street while a forensic examination of the area is carried out.
