Two Arrested In Harlow On Suspicion Of Manslaughter
Two people have been arrested in Harlow, on suspicion of manslaughter.
Detectives investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman in Harlow have arrested two people.
Nicola Miles was found seriously ill inside a residential property on Brockles Mead shortly before 11pm on Monday, June 30.
The 47-year-old local woman died a few days later at Harlow’s Princess Alexandra Hospital. Officers are awaiting the results of toxicology tests after a post-mortem examination was unable to reveal a cause of death.
These test results are due back in September. An inquest into the death of Nicola Miles was opened and adjourned.
Police had been looking to arrest Nigel Walters and Michelle Armstrong in connection with the drugs-related death.
On Monday evening in Harlow town centre, a 30-year-old man from the town and a 30-year-old year woman of no fixed address were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and are currently being questioned by detectives at a police station in Essex.
